Weather Alert: Prepare for a Splash!

We have a HEAVY RAIN ALERT in force for the eastern half of Viti Levu (from Serua-Namosi through Navua-Suva-Nausori to Tailevu-Naitasiri-Ra), Yasawa, the Northern Division, Lau and Lomaiviti groups, Kadavu, and nearby smaller islands. So what’s going on? There’s a weak trough of pressure throwing a cloud and shower party across the eastern parts of the country, while over the rest of Fiji, we have an easterly wind pushing through like it’s on a mission.
