The RFMF Chaplaincy Office, under the leadership of Major (Rev) Viliame Tunidau, recently conducted an outreach visit to former RFMF members, Lieutenant Nemani Valeniyasana and Private Ilisoni Rokovada. Both individuals were involved in the takeover of the Sukanaivalu VC Barracks in Labasa.
The visit was an emotional experience for Maj. Tunidau and his team as they engaged with the families, highlighting the RFMF’s dedication to reconciliation and restoration. The outreach team is currently entering the second phase of their reconciliation and restoration program, which aims to heal and rebuild trust within the community by addressing past grievances and fostering unity.
