The Minister for Employment, Productivity and Workplace Relations has announced that recent inspections conducted on Grace Road Company (GRC) across Viti Levu have uncovered violations related to minimum employment terms and occupational health and safety standards.
Minister Agni Deo Singh reported that the inspection findings indicated non-compliance with the Employment Relations Act 2007 and the Health and Safety at Work Act 1996. He emphasized that further investigations will be carried out in response to the issues identified during these inspections.
