Tui Namosi Ratu Suliano Matanitobua has expressed his optimism regarding the Great Council of Chiefs (GCC) and its direction since being re-established last year. Having previously served on the council before its dissolution, Ratu Suliano has observed a notable shift in the engagement levels among members.
