Fuel and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) prices have seen a slight increase as of September 1, 2024. The cost of Motor Spirit has risen by three cents, bringing the price to $2.90 per litre. Similarly, the price of premix fuel has gone up by one cent, now retailing at $2.72 per litre.
In contrast, the price of diesel has decreased by two cents, now costing $2.52 per litre. Kerosene has also dropped by two cents and is now priced at $1.95 per litre.
For LPG products, a 4.5kg cylinder is now available for $14.86, following a 13-cent increase, while the price of a 12kg cylinder has risen by 35 cents to $39.63. Bulk gas is currently priced at $3.06, up by three cents, and autogas now costs $2.15 per litre, also reflecting a three-cent increase.
