Starting tomorrow, January 1, 2025, the prices of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) products, diesel, and kerosene will see an increase. The cost of a 4.5 kg gas cylinder will rise to $15.53, reflecting an increase of 18 cents from the previous price of $15.35. Meanwhile, the 12 kg gas cylinder will now be priced at $41.42, up by 50 cents.

In terms of bulk gas, the price will increase by four cents, bringing it to $3.20 per kilogram. The price of autogas will also see a slight uptick of three cents, now costing $2.25 per litre. Additionally, both diesel and kerosene will experience an increase of four cents per litre, with diesel priced at $2.31 and kerosene at $1.78.

On a positive note, the prices for motor spirit and premix have remained stable, at $2.67 per litre and $2.51 per litre, respectively. This stability amidst rising prices for other fuels can be seen as a relief for consumers.

As the cost of fuels increases, it is important for consumers to stay informed and budget accordingly. While rising fuel costs can present challenges, the consistency in certain fuel prices can be a solid foundation for planning household expenses.
