FSC Grassroots U21 triumphed in the inaugural Fiji Bitter Marist 7s under-21 tournament, walking away with $5,500 after a decisive 15-0 victory over the Axellerate Aflame Brothers in the cup final held last night. This victory marks a significant achievement for FSC Grassroots U21, especially as it came against the defending champions.

Captain Ratu Semaenavanuaerua conveyed the team’s joy and gratitude, stating, “We would like to acknowledge the Lord in whom our victory tonight came from and no one else.” He emphasized the emotional journey the team undertook during their training, highlighting the challenges they faced together. “As a band of brothers, we went through a lot of significant challenges and we shed tears together. We continued to motivate ourselves towards moving forward, and from that, we were able to win tonight,” Semaenavanuaerua shared.
