Yolanda Krystel Goundar, 35, has emerged as a shining example of perseverance by earning a Trophy of Excellence for her Post-Graduate Diploma in Midwifery. Goundar credits her family’s unwavering support as a significant factor in her success. “I can’t express how grateful I am for the strong family support I’ve had throughout this journey, especially my close circle of friends who have morally supported me during some of my toughest moments,” she shared. This support was crucial during her exam periods and study sessions, allowing her to focus on her education.
Driven by a deep passion for newborns, Ms. Goundar’s experiences working alongside skilled nurses and doctors have enriched her understanding of midwifery.
