With a career that spans 19 years at SCGF, Karan has held various positions at law firms in Ba, Lautoka, and Nadi, in addition to working with the Housing Authority. His transition into the legal profession has been a significant personal achievement, culminating in a seven-year journey to complete his law degree while balancing work and family life.

He emphasized the importance of meticulous planning and the development of a flexible schedule to manage his commitments successfully, which included setting aside dedicated times for lectures and study sessions, alongside his job and family needs.

He credits the support of his family as instrumental in his success, particularly expressing gratitude to his wife for her encouragement and understanding. He extends his appreciation to his children, family, and friends for their unwavering support throughout his education.

Looking ahead, Karan plans to enroll in a postgraduate program and aims to gain admission to the bar, which will enable him to practice law professionally.
