The 33-year-old educator, who teaches at the Pandit Vishnu Deo Memorial College, graduated last Friday at the university’s campus in Lautoka.
Mr. Chand received the gold medal for his outstanding performance as a student in his program, reflecting his dedication and academic excellence.
