Two men in their twenties have been charged and appeared in court regarding their suspected role in an aggravated robbery that took place in Tamavua last month. The suspects, aged 29 and 27, allegedly broke into the residence of a 46-year-old man on October 30, where they took cash, a mobile phone, and various items before escaping the scene.
Following their arrest last week, the pair was charged with aggravated robbery and brought before the Suva Magistrates Court on Monday, November 4. They have been remanded in custody and are scheduled to return to court on November 18.
