LANDS Minister Filimoni Vosarogo has addressed the Cakaudrove Provincial Council in Yaroi, urging the community to shift from a reliance on assistance to a proactive approach in improving their livelihoods. He highlighted that this dependency has grown over the past 16 years, leading to a culture of waiting for help rather than taking initiative.
