The New England Free Jacks have officially signed Fijian Drua prop Jone Koroiduadua. The 25-year-old, who hails from Nalebaleba in Nadroga, has been with the Drua since the 2022 season after spending two years with the French Top 14 club Clermont.

In their statement, the Free Jacks highlighted that Koroiduadua will significantly enhance their front row as they look to capitalize on their recent achievements and continue to thrive in Major League Rugby (MLR). They praised him as one of Fiji’s most promising talents, emphasizing that he will add exceptional power and physicality to their lineup.

Koroiduadua comes with an impressive rugby background, having played over 20 games for the Fijian Drua during three seasons in Super Rugby Pacific, and has also gained international experience with two caps for the Flying Fijians, including a selection for the 2023 Rugby World Cup. Weighing 255 pounds, he is known for his strength in collisions, making him an invaluable asset to the Free Jacks’ forward pack.
