The Fiji National Provident Fund (FNPF) recently launched its new ‘Vinaka Campaign’, which aims to promote gratitude and engagement across various multimedia platforms in Fiji. According to FNPF Chief Executive Officer Viliame Vodonaivalu, the campaign reflects their dedication to providing optimal retirement outcomes for their members while expressing appreciation for their contributions.

Vodonaivalu highlighted FNPF’s role as a safety net for Fijian workers, emphasizing that superannuation goes beyond numbers; it safeguards what matters most—families, homes, and peace of mind. The campaign serves as a way to celebrate the hard work of members, asserting that their efforts contribute significantly to the prosperity of Fiji.

The Vinaka Campaign has been filmed at over 20 locations throughout Fiji and features more than 50 members representing various professions, including teachers, healthcare workers, farmers, and hospitality employees. This diverse representation underscores the everyday contributions of members to their communities.

FNPF encourages both members and the wider community to engage through its website and social media channels, fostering a better understanding of how the fund works to protect their financial futures.

Building on the recent successes of the FNPF, the organization has reported significant growth in its assets, highlighting a total asset increase to $10.6 billion, attributed to strategic investments and rising member contributions. With a strong financial performance, the fund has declared an 8% crediting rate, resulting in substantial interest payments to its members. This ongoing commitment to growth and stability reflects FNPF’s resilience amid economic challenges, providing hope for a secure future for all Fijian workers.

The Vinaka Campaign embodies not only gratitude but also the proactive steps FNPF is taking to engage and reassure its members, promising to continue enhancing financial security through innovative initiatives and transparent practices.
