The FMF Futsal Muslim IDC 2025 was officially launched today, heralding an exciting new chapter for the Fiji Muslim Sports Association’s annual futsal competition. Scheduled to occur from November 14th to 16th, 2025, this year’s tournament is proudly sponsored by Flour Mills of Fiji (FMF), with additional support from Dayals Sawmillers Ltd and Safety Tyres and Rentals.
This iteration promises to deliver thrilling futsal action as top district teams from across Fiji compete for glory in the dynamic indoor format of the sport. The official pool draws have assigned teams into three competitive groups within the Premier Division: Group A includes Nadi, Sigatoka, Rewa, and Maro; Group B features Ba, Maigania, Nasinu, and Suva; while Group C comprises Makoi, Navua, Valelevu, and Drasa. The draw was conducted during the launch event, which saw representation from FMF, the Fiji Football Association’s CEO, FMSA officials, and various team delegations.
The association is dedicated to fostering unity, discipline, and sportsmanship within the Muslim football community, reflecting the growing popularity of futsal in the region. FMSA officials expressed their appreciation for FMF and the supporting sponsors, acknowledging their vital roles in uplifting grassroots football in Fiji.
