Flying Fijians Star Signals Last Time in White Jersey Amid Controversy

As the Northern Hemisphere tour approaches in November, Semi Radradra, a star player for the FIJI Water Flying Fijians, has indicated that they may not wear the white jersey again. Radradra, along with fellow senior players Waisea Nayacalevu and Levani Botia, recently commented on perceived mismanagement at the Fiji Rugby Union during a social media podcast. He expressed concern that their willingness to speak out may have resulted in them wearing the white jersey for the last time.

“We have now put our careers on the line to speak up for our brothers who wear the white jersey,” Radradra said in Fijian. He added, “We expect ripples after speaking out. Most possibly we have worn the white jersey for the last time and may never again. Some things we have said will be felt at the management level. But we are doing it for the betterment of Fiji Rugby.”

The Flying Fijians are scheduled to compete against Scotland on November 3, Wales on November 11, and Ireland on November 24 during this year’s Northern Tour.
