Only four players—prop Eroni Mawi, pivot Caleb Muntz, captain Waisea Nayacalevu, and winger Jiuta Wainiqolo—remain from the starting team that secured a victory over Wales with a score of 24-19.

On the wings, new player Ponipate Loganimasi will make his debut with Wainiqolo retaining his spot at number 14, and Isaiah Armstrong-Ravula will be at fullback.
