The Flying Fijians are set to compete against the USA in the Pacific Nations Cup semifinal. Coach Mick Byrne has made four adjustments to the matchday 23, including three changes in the forwards and one in the backline.
Isa Nasilasila steps in for Mesake Vocevoce, who cannot play due to family commitments. Kitione Sawala is brought in at the number seven position, while Elia Canakaivata shifts to number eight, moving Albert Tuisue to the bench.
In the backline, Inia Tabuavou will start in place of the suspended Adrea Cocagi. The front row will consist of Eroni Mawi, Tevita Ikanivere, and Samu Tawake, with Isoa Nasilasila and Temo Mayanavanua as locks. The loose forwards will feature Meli Derenalagi, Kitione Salawa, and Elia Canakaivata.
Frank Lomani and Caleb Muntz will serve as playmakers, with Inia Tabuavou and Iosefo Masi in the midfield. The back three will include Epeli Momo and Vuate Karawalevu on the wings, with Isaiah Armstrong Ravula at fullback.
On the bench, Apisalome Vota will return as an impact player in the midfield. The Flying Fijians are scheduled to face the USA at 10:05 PM tomorrow.
