Tevita Ikanivere, captain of the Fiji Water Flying Fijians, recently led a group of former students from Queen Victoria School to visit the school’s U18 and U19 teams, who are currently training in Nasese. This visit, described as a gesture from older brothers, included Ikanivere alongside Ratu Meli Derenalagi, Livai Natave, and Mesulame Dolokoto. They offered encouragement to the young players and assured them of support from the alumni. The U18 defending champions from QVS are set to compete against Nasinu Secondary School, while the U19 team is scheduled to face off against Lami High School at the HFC Bank Stadium this weekend during the Fiji Secondary School Deans competition.
