Shaneel Prakash, the owner of Arisha’s Indian Cuisine, is urging support for small businesses during the Hibiscus Carnival and is enjoying the festivities.
Prakash, who has operated stalls at various events across Viti Levu for three years, is grateful for his wife’s assistance in recouping the $2,000 stall fee by Tuesday.
He offers a variety of food, including Indian dishes, BBQ, subs, and hotdogs, with Indian cuisine being particularly popular this year.
Looking ahead, he is contemplating expanding the menu for future events.
Favorable weather conditions have contributed to strong sales, drawing in numerous customers.
