The National Fire Authority swiftly acted to save a row of buildings in the capital as a fire broke out on the second floor of a shop located on Raojibhai Patel Street. Witnesses observed the flames around 11:30 this morning. By midday, the NFA had effectively contained the fire and minimized further damage. The building’s owners and those present at the site were not available for comments. The police are currently investigating the cause of the fire.
