Firefighters’ Swift Response Averts Major Disaster in Capital

A rapid response from the National Fire Authority prevented significant damage to a row of buildings in the center of the capital after a fire broke out on the second floor of a shop on Raojibhai Patel Street. Witnesses reported seeing the flames at approximately 11:30 this morning. By midday, the NFA had effectively contained the fire, stopping it from spreading further.
