Lemeki Senikau, the captain of the Ratu Kadavulevu School Under-17 team, is focused on enhancing his kicking and positional skills ahead of the Vodafone Deans Trophy final on Saturday. In an interview with SUNsports, Senikau reflected on their semi-final victory, where they triumphed over Ratu Navula College with a score of 38-11, and now prepares to face Marist Brothers High School in the final.
“We rely on God’s strength and guidance during our performances on the field,” Senikau stated. He emphasized the importance of staying calm under pressure in the upcoming match against Marist Brothers High School.
Senikau attributed their successful play to the unity among team members, stating that it has been pivotal in achieving cohesive performances.
