Fiji’s long-distance runner Yeshnil Karan has achieved another significant milestone, setting a personal best in the 3000m Steeplechase at the Australian Athletics Championships. His impressive time of 9 minutes and 2.80 seconds secured him an 8th place finish, marking an improvement of 16 seconds since his last competition in the same event at the Pacific Games two years prior.
