The provisional results for Fiji’s Eighth Year Examination will be available tomorrow, November 22. These results will remain provisional for a period of 30 days, during which students can request a mark recount for a fee of $5 per subject or a remark at a cost of $25 per subject.
This year, a total of 18,968 students participated in the examination at 712 centers, and the Education Ministry announced a pass rate of 69% for 2024, an improvement from the 67% pass rate in 2023.
Students can access their results online at www.examresults.gov.fj using their unique examination identification number and personal login credentials. For those experiencing difficulties accessing their results online, assistance will be available at their respective schools or District Education Office starting at 8 a.m. tomorrow.
Education Minister Aseri Radrodro expressed his congratulations and gratitude to all students, parents, guardians, teachers, school management committees, ancillary staff, and all stakeholders for their commitment throughout the educational process. The Minister also urged parents, guardians, and teachers to continue supporting students as they navigate their future academic and career decisions.
