Among those recognized were Adi Cakobau School, which raised its pass rate from 97 to 98 percent, and Vunisea Secondary, which made significant progress from 83 to 97 percent. Additionally, Radrodro commended ten secondary schools that achieved a perfect 100 percent pass rate, including Nadarivatu Secondary, Nilsen High, Tavua District Secondary, Rt. Finau Secondary, South Taveuni Secondary, Nasesevia Secondary, Valebasoga Secondary, Duavata Secondary, Rewa Secondary, and Jai Narayan College.
Radrodro urged parents and guardians to engage in open discussions with their children regarding their examination results. He emphasized the importance of student support as they contemplate their future paths, whether that involves higher education, vocational training, or entering the workforce. The Minister expressed gratitude for the collective efforts of teachers, students, and parents and encouraged them to maintain their commitment to academic excellence.
This year’s examination results showcase the hard work and dedication of both students and educators, highlighting areas of improvement and the potential for continued progress in the education sector. It is heartening to see institutions striving for excellence, and with ongoing support and motivation, students can achieve their educational aspirations.
