Among the schools that excelled, Adi Cakobau School increased its pass rate from 97 percent to 98 percent, while Vunisea Secondary made a remarkable jump from 83 percent to 97 percent. Additionally, Radrodro expressed appreciation for the ten secondary schools that achieved a perfect 100 percent pass rate, which includes Nadarivatu Secondary, Nilsen High, Tavua District Secondary, Rt. Finau Secondary, South Taveuni Secondary, Nasesevia Secondary, Valebasoga Secondary, Duavata Secondary, Rewa Secondary, and Jai Narayan College.
The Minister encouraged parents and guardians to engage in open discussions with their children about their examination results, emphasizing the importance of support as students contemplate their future paths, whether in higher education, vocational training, or entering the workforce. Radrodro expressed gratitude to all teachers, students, and parents for their dedication, which is reflected in the academic outcomes, and looked forward to their continued collaboration. He also urged students to remain focused on their goals as they transition into further education or the workforce.
This report is a reminder of the resilience and hard work of the educational community in Fiji, showcasing that despite challenges, there are notable successes worth celebrating. The emphasis on parental engagement and student support bodes well for future examinations and the overall academic journey of students.
