The Fijian Cabinet has authorized the signing of a Letter of Agreement between the Ministry of Tourism and Civil Aviation and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) as part of the Governance for Resilient Development in the Pacific Project (Gov4Res).

This agreement will provide essential human resource support to the Ministry from the UNDP through the Gov4Res initiative.

The collaboration aims to facilitate the implementation of key projects, including the Pilot Tourism Micro and Small Enterprises Fund and the Vanua Levu Tourism Development Programme.

This partnership underscores a shared objective of fostering resilient development across the Pacific, with a specific focus on aiding small businesses and promoting sustainable tourism growth.
