Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka is set to inaugurate the Top Executive Conference 2024 at the Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa in Nadi this morning. This prestigious event, organized by the Fiji Commerce and Employers Federation (FCEF), is attracting over 400 delegates from various sectors, highlighting its significance in the business community.
FCEF president Vinay Narsey emphasized the conference theme, “Collaborative Action for Sustainable Growth: Delivering On Our 2030 Commitment,” which reflects the organization’s commitment to addressing both local and international business challenges. He described the conference as an essential platform for gaining insights and learning from real-world experiences related to pressing issues.
The conference comprises 10 sessions featuring 23 speakers, including three notable international figures: Mark McCrindle, a social researcher and TEDx speaker; Sadhana Mohan, a Private Sector Coordination Specialist for the Asia and Pacific region; and Alex Teh, CEO of the multi-vendor firm Chillisoft in New Zealand.
Day one will include discussions on topics such as next-generation leadership, navigating economic challenges, advancing sustainable leadership, and enhancing human capital in labor markets and the private sector.
