Fiji’s own Sumeet Tappoo, a prominent music artist in Bollywood, has joined forces with renowned lyricist Gulzar and esteemed composer Pt. Bhavdeep Jaipurwale to release his latest album titled “Dil Pareshan Karta Hai.” The album was officially unveiled during a star-studded event in Mumbai over the weekend.
“Dil Pareshan Karta Hai” features seven original songs written by Gulzar and composed by Bhavdeep, showcasing Tappoo’s powerful and soulful vocals. The launch event attracted a host of luminaries from the music and sports industries, including Pt. Hariprasad Chaurasia, Sunil Gavaskar, Anup Jalota, and many others.
Each track in the album is a rich blend of deep emotion and striking lyrics, delivered beautifully by Tappoo’s resonant voice. The arrangements by Pt. Bhavdeep Jaipurwale, featuring live instruments and an exquisite violin symphony, provide a unique listening experience in non-film music.
