FIJI Water Flying Fijians winger Jiuta Wainiqolo exhibited an impressive performance for Toulon, scoring a try and assisting another in their 33-21 win over the Harlequins during Round 3 of the Investec Championship Cup. The 2021 Olympic 7s gold medalist was pivotal in the match, earning his try just before halftime and playing a vital role in maintaining Toulon’s momentum throughout the second half.

In addition to Wainiqolo’s contribution, experienced flanker Peceli Yato also made headlines, scoring for Clermont in their match against Joe Cokanasiga’s Bath, although his efforts were not enough to secure a victory, resulting in a 40-21 defeat for his team.
