Susana Ranadi is among the ten contestants competing for the title at this year’s Miss Universe Fiji, with the winner set to represent the country at the global competition in Mexico. The 23-year-old, who is currently the face of fashion designer Tracey Farrington’s brand, expressed her excitement about the event.
“A big congratulations to myself,” Ms. Ranadi stated. “It is a big responsibility for me. I would like to empower young women to pursue their dreams and fulfill their limitless potential.” Originally from Lautoka, she now resides in Nadi and has a strong passion for modeling and fashion.
“I enjoy socializing,” said the Vatulele native. “I’m still enjoying fashion, modeling for six years.” Recently, Ms. Ranadi joined a group of 20 models in Nadi to celebrate the winning designs by Farrington.
“I love Tracey,” she remarked. “She is my amazing designer. She has been a big role model and mentor for me. She’s been there for me every single day. She supports me.”
Tracey Farrington expressed her pride in Ms. Ranadi’s achievements. “I’m very proud of Sue. She’s one of the finalists in the Miss Universe. I’m so proud of her and so enlightened to see her,” Farrington said. “She always looks amazingly beautiful. She has come a long way, and she is ready for this.”
