In just over a year since his arrival in France, Setareki Turagacoke, an 18-year-old rugby player from Fiji, has quickly established himself on the international stage. Formerly a student at Lelean Memorial School, Turagacoke made his debut in the Top 14 league and earned his first cap with the FIJI Water Flying Fijians during a recent match.
Turagacoke was a last-minute addition to the team, stepping in for the injured lock Isoa Nasilasila. In his debut match, he contributed significantly to Fiji’s 33-19 victory against Spain at the José Zorrilla Stadium in Valladolid, scoring one of the five tries during the game.
