Fiji’s Rising Star Prop Joins New England Free Jacks

Jone Koroiduadua has officially signed with the New England Free Jacks for the upcoming 2025 season.

Coach Ryan Martin of the Free Jacks praised Koroiduadua as one of Fiji’s most promising talents, highlighting his ability to add exceptional power and physicality to the team’s front row.

At 25 years old, Koroiduadua possesses an impressive rugby background, having played more than 20 matches for the Fijian Drua across three seasons in Super Rugby Pacific. He has also earned international experience with two caps for the Flying Fijians and was selected to participate in the 2023 Rugby World Cup.

Locally, Koroiduadua competes for Nadroga, recognized as the most successful provincial team in Fiji’s rugby history. Additionally, he played for two years in France with Top 14 club ASM Clermont Auvergne and briefly represented the national rugby league team, Fiji Bati. His signing is viewed as one of the most significant in the history of the Free Jacks franchise.
