Susana Ranadi is among the ten contestants competing in this year’s Miss Universe Fiji pageant, with the winner set to represent Fiji in the global Miss Universe competition in Mexico.
The 23-year-old, who is the ambassador for Tracey Farrington’s fashion brand, expressed her excitement about the opportunity. “A big congratulations to myself,” Ms. Ranadi remarked, acknowledging the significant responsibility that comes with the title. She aims to inspire young women to chase their aspirations and realize their full potential.
Originally hailing from Lautoka, she currently lives in Nadi, where she has developed a strong passion for modeling and fashion over the past six years. “I enjoy socializing,” she shared, emphasizing her ongoing love for the fashion industry.
Last Saturday, Ms. Ranadi participated in a celebration in Nadi alongside 20 other models, showcasing Farrington’s latest successful designs. “I love Tracey,” she stated, referring to her designer. “She is a fantastic role model and mentor who has supported me every day.”
Tracey Farrington praised Ms. Ranadi, noting that she features prominently in Farrington’s major promotional materials and expressing her pride in having her as a finalist in the Miss Universe competition. “I’m very proud of Sue. She always looks amazingly beautiful, and she has come a long way. She is ready for this,” Farrington expressed.
