Susana Ranadi is among the ten contestants competing for the title of Miss Universe Fiji, with the winner set to participate in the global event in Mexico. The 23-year-old, who is the face of fashion designer Tracey Farrington’s brand, expressed her excitement about the opportunity.
She stated, “A big congratulations to myself. It is a big responsibility for me. I would like to empower young women to pursue their dreams and fulfill their limitless potential.”
Originally from Lautoka, Ms. Ranadi now lives in Nadi, where her interests have primarily centered on modeling and fashion. She shared her passion for socializing and her six-year journey in the fashion industry.
Last Saturday, she participated in an event with 20 other models in Nadi, celebrating Farrington’s award-winning designs. Ms. Ranadi praised Farrington, saying, “Tracey is my amazing designer. She has been a big role model and mentor for me. She’s been there for me every single day. She supports me.”
Farrington also expressed her pride in Ms. Ranadi, who is featured prominently in her promotional materials. “I’m very proud of Sue. She’s one of the finalists in the Miss Universe. I’m so proud of her and so enlightened to see her. She always looks amazingly beautiful. She has come a long way, and she is ready for this.”
