Outsource Fiji, along with its members Oxygen Outsourcing and Nearshore, is actively promoting the island nation as an attractive nearshoring option, highlighting Fiji’s capabilities in providing high-quality and cost-effective customer engagement services for companies in Australia and New Zealand. Morika Hunter, President of Outsource Fiji, emphasized that Fiji is emerging as a key partner for businesses looking to enhance customer relations while preserving operational flexibility.
Hunter pointed out the substantial impact of the outsourcing industry on economic empowerment and job creation, noting it provides employment opportunities for thousands of Fijians across various sectors. The involvement of the Fiji Consulate General and Trade Commission in Australia and New Zealand reinforces the country’s commitment to fostering these economic connections.
