As Term 2 of the 2025 academic year begins in Fiji, the Fiji Teachers Union (FTU) is encouraging students and educators to embrace this new term with a spirit of determination, resilience, and collaboration. In a statement, FTU General Secretary Muniappa Goundar emphasized the importance of focusing not just on academic success, but also on personal growth, character development, and fostering respectful relationships within school communities.
“This new term is an opportunity to build upon what has been established in Term 1, inviting everyone to embrace resilience and excellence,” Goundar said, urging students to maintain a positive attitude towards learning and challenges.
