Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs Sitiveni Rabuka announced that the Cabinet has approved Fiji’s Foreign Policy White Paper. In his statement, Rabuka highlighted that the document outlines the country’s foreign policy priorities across several key areas, including Sovereignty, Identity and Values; Security; Transnational Security; Climate Change; Bilateral Relationships with major powers; Prosperity; Development Assistance; and the Implementation of Foreign Policy. He emphasized that the development of the white paper involved a comprehensive government approach to shape Fiji’s international relations moving forward.
