Four teams from Fiji are set to compete for the Netball title at the 10th Sanatan World Cup in Sydney next weekend. Suva, Labasa Tuva, and Nasinu will face off against eight other teams from Australia and New Zealand.
The netball team from Suva is placed in Group A alongside Liverpool Flames, Sydney Warriors Orange, and NZ Team Bula. Labasa will compete in Group B, which includes Melbourne Amazon, Sydney Warriors, and NZ Highbrook. Meanwhile, Group C features Liverpool, Auckland Ferns, Tuva, and Nasinu.
A total of 18 group matches will take place, with the top eight teams advancing to the quarterfinals. The tournament will occur in a single day on Saturday, September 28, at the Blacktown Spartan Sporting Complex on courts 1 and 2.
In addition, the 10th Sanatan World Cup, organized by the Rams Group of Companies, will kick off with the football competition starting on Thursday, September 26.
