History was made at the Vodafone Arena as Nemaiah Elder from Fiji showcased remarkable skill at the Commonwealth Weightlifting Championships. Nemaiah secured the gold medal in the Youth Category and established a new Commonwealth record in the snatch. His incredible performance continued as he also claimed gold in the Junior category and won a silver medal in the highly competitive Senior 89KG category.
