The Fiji National Provident Fund (FNPF) is embracing the upcoming New Year with excitement, showcasing a variety of festive events at its IHG Hotels & Resorts portfolio, which includes the InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa, Holiday Inn Suva, and Grand Pacific Hotel.Each hotel has meticulously designed their celebrations to ensure an unforgettable welcome to 2025.

Grand Pacific Hotel will host two significant events on New Year’s Eve: the Prelude Soirée from 6:30 PM to 8 PM, providing an elegant setting with canapés and drinks, followed by the Asian Soirée from 6:30 PM to 10 PM, featuring a dynamic dining experience complemented by live entertainment and a stunning midnight fireworks display.

At Holiday Inn Suva, a New Year’s Eve Fiesta is set to take place, highlighting live music from the VT1S along with buffet stations and a captivating fireworks show. In an exciting addition this year, a Kids Adventure Bash will offer supervised activities and fun for younger guests, creating family-friendly options during the holidays.

For guests at the InterContinental Fiji, the Tropical Jungle Soirée at the Kama Beachfront promises a magical evening, with three distinct dining options, including a BBQ Bonanza that will surely enhance the celebratory atmosphere.

Lachlan Walker, the general manager of the IHG portfolio, conveyed the significance of the festive season as a moment for togetherness and reflection. He emphasized, “Our festive celebrations are about bringing people together, honouring local traditions, and creating moments of joy that stay with you long after the season ends.” Visitors are encouraged to book early due to high demand, ensuring they secure a spot at these delightful events.
