LEADERSHIP Fiji has formed a new partnership with Merchant Finance Pte Ltd, initiating a three-year collaboration focused on promoting leadership development across the nation. This partnership highlights a shared commitment to empower emerging leaders and support Fiji’s sustainable growth.
Merchant Finance, a well-regarded financial institution in Fiji known for its community initiatives, will enhance its commitment to social responsibility by becoming a Silver Partner. This entails investing in leadership training and capacity-building programs.
As part of the collaboration, Merchant Finance will offer crucial financial support for Leadership Fiji’s core leadership development initiatives, networking events, and community projects. These efforts aim to equip participants with the essential skills, knowledge, and values needed to foster positive changes in their communities.
The three-year agreement will allow Leadership Fiji to nurture a new generation of leaders capable of addressing modern challenges and influencing the future of the nation. Veilawa Rereiwasaliwa, CEO of Merchant Finance and a Leadership Fiji alumnus from 2017, expressed his excitement about the partnership.
