Labasa’s Rusiate Doidoi has been called up to strengthen the Fiji National Football Team as they prepare for the MSG Prime Minister’s Cup in the Solomon Islands. Doidoi steps in to replace Mosese Nabose from Tailevu Naitasiri, who had to withdraw due to work obligations.

Head Coach Marika Rodu expressed confidence in his team, highlighting that Doidoi’s presence enhances their offensive capabilities. “Rusiate’s addition gives us an edge in attack, and I’m confident the team will perform well in the tournament,” Rodu stated.

The team, known as the Bula Boys, will depart today and is set to face Vanuatu in their opening match tomorrow at 2pm.

This addition not only boosts the team’s morale but also emphasizes the depth of talent within Fijian football. With Doidoi on board, fans can look forward to an exciting tournament filled with potential success for the national team.
