Labasa forward Rusiate Doidoi has received a call-up to join the Fiji National Football Team for the upcoming MSG Prime Minister’s Cup in the Solomon Islands. He replaces Mosese Nabose from Tailevu Naitasiri, who had to withdraw from the squad due to work obligations.

The Bula Boys, guided by coach Marika Rodu, have been preparing in camp since Sunday and are set to depart for the Solomon Islands tomorrow. Coach Rodu expressed his optimism regarding the squad’s depth and resilience, indicating that Doidoi’s arrival will enhance their offensive capabilities.

Fiji’s match fixtures for the MSG Prime Minister’s Cup feature an opening game against Vanuatu on Thursday, December 8, at 2 PM, followed by a clash with Papua New Guinea on Sunday, December 15, at 5 PM. Their third match will be against the Solomon Islands Development team on Wednesday, December 18, at 7 PM, concluding the group stage with a match against the Solomon Islands on Saturday, December 21, at 7 PM.
