Frank Lomani, the scrumhalf for the FIJI Water Flying Fijians, was awarded Player of the Match after his team secured a 42-16 victory over Samoa in the opening game of the Pacific Nations Cup held in Suva last night. Lomani scored one try during the match and, along with Caleb Muntz, made 19 tackles in the first half. With this win, Fiji has extended their impressive record to 17 victories in their last 21 test matches played in Suva.
