Fiji Water Flying Fijians captain Tevita Ikanivere expressed confidence in his team as they prepare for the Pacific Nations Cup Final against Japan. He credited their positive outlook to careful preparation and training conducted throughout the week.
“I think the boys are feeling confident going into tomorrow’s game, confidence that comes through knowing that we have done the work in the week,” Ikanivere said.
He emphasized the necessity of maintaining focus and effectively implementing their game plans. “We have got the message, we know what to do, we just need to come tomorrow and execute,” he added.
The highly anticipated final between Fiji and Japan is scheduled to begin at 10:07 PM on Saturday night.
