Fiji Water Flying Fijians captain Tevita Ikanivere expressed confidence in his team as they prepare for the Pacific Nations Cup Final against Japan. He credits their positive outlook to the comprehensive training and preparation they have undertaken throughout the week.
“I think the boys are feeling confident going into tomorrow’s game, confidence that comes through knowing that we have done the work in the week,” Ikanivere stated.
He emphasized the need for the team to maintain focus and effectively implement their strategies. “We have got the message, we know what to do, we just need to come tomorrow and execute,” he added.
The eagerly awaited final match between Fiji and Japan is scheduled to start at 10:07 PM on Saturday night.
