Fiji Water Flying Fijians captain Tevita Ikanivere expressed the team’s confidence as they prepare for the Pacific Nations Cup Final against Japan. He credits their positive mindset to the extensive preparation and training conducted throughout the week.
“I think the boys are feeling confident going into tomorrow’s game, and that confidence comes from knowing we have put in the work this week,” said Ikanivere.
He emphasized the need for the team to remain focused and effectively implement their strategies. “We have received the message; we know what to do. We just need to come tomorrow and execute,” he added.
The eagerly awaited final between Fiji and Japan is scheduled to start at 10:07 PM on Saturday night.
