Fiji Water Flying Fijians captain Tevita Ikanivere expressed the team’s confidence as they prepare to face Japan in the Pacific Nations Cup Final. He attributes this optimism to the extensive preparation and training carried out throughout the week.
“I think the boys are feeling confident going into tomorrow’s game, confidence that comes through knowing that we have done the work in the week,” Ikanivere stated. He emphasized the significance of remaining focused and effectively executing their game strategies.
“We have got the message, we know what to do, we just need to come tomorrow and execute,” he added. The highly anticipated final between Fiji and Japan is scheduled to kick off at 10:07 PM on Saturday night.
